Increase in Unemployment rate: More problems

United States is experiencing a variety of increasing problems as this century grows older. Some of these problems include the global financial problem that has bankrupted many, while many more have lost employment. In October of 2011, unemployment is running at 9.1% according to Government reviews. These reviews indicate that between 1948 through to 2010, the general unemployment rate is put at around 5.7%. While a jump of 3.4 per cent in unemployment does not mean much on its own, when taken as a number in job seeker terms is a massive jump and demonstrates the number of American families in crisis. The US Census Bureau cites that the country’s population was just fewer than 312 million people according to the 2010 census. 3.4 per cent equates to 10,608,000 more people than usual out of work in America.

The back lash is the harsh reality that there are now many in United states who can merely afford medical treatment and hence go neglected rather than pay fees and bills that they cannot manage. There is also a increasing debts issue meaning that rather than going further into debts it is easier to merely not get healthcare attention.

Other problems experiencing this sort of job are the truth that persons are placed as the 20th healthiest country on the planet and sliding quickly down the rankings. Over eating, fast and fried food has contributed to mass obesity and it was estimated by Finkelstein that $147 billion dollars were spent in 2008 just on obesity related healthcare problems. There are also reviews that indicate that obesity problems just effects less than 30 % of persons and the issue does not appear to be dissipating.

So where does that leave America? Can the US economy restore sufficiently to start bracing up and assist people back to work place? Can United States be restored to be the super power that they once were? United states has a long road ahead of it to put these problems behind itself and start to restore by treating its finances into required projects that generate job opportunities allowing its individuals to get back again on their feet and back into medical insurance which is a given right that many countries on the planet have.
